Stuck with bad habit?

The most reliable way to change your life is not changing your entire life. If you try to change everything at once, you will quickly find yourself pulled back into the same patterns as before. But if you merely focus on changing one specific habit and work on it until it becomes part of your normal day, you will find changes naturally as a side effect.

Improve the whole mastering one thing.

compounding and habits works the same way, if you change some of your bad habits to good once it will do wonders for you. Pick the right habit and progress is easy. Pick the wrong habit and life is a struggle.

Improving by 1 percent isn’t particularly notable – sometimes it isn’t even noticeable – but it can be far more meaningful, especially in the long run. The difference a tiny improvement can make over time is astounding.

Maybe there are people who can achieve incredible success overnight. I don’t know any of them, and I’m certainly not one of them.
